The Vantix HPM is a dual-station structural profile cutting platform. The front station takes H-beam, I-beam, channel and angle. The rear station takes flat sheet and plate, processed synchronously with the front. One machine, two work streams, one setup.
The HPM runs a BLT442P cutting head on an AB-axis, giving continuous bevel through 45 degrees either way. Straight cuts, V-cuts, Y-cuts and full weld-joint preparation come off the machine finished. That removes the secondary grinding station and the hand-prep queue that normally sits between cutting and welding. Auto focus with zoom is integrated.
The bed is modular in 20 ft sections and extends up to 200 ft, so the platform grows with the work rather than capping it. The frame is stress-relieved welded steel with side-mounted rails, and motion components are rated IP67. A shop that is slow because tube prep is manual does not need a faster sheet cutter, and a shop losing days to weld distortion does not need more cutting capacity.
