What is the Vantix HPM structural profile cutting system?

Short answer

HPM is Vantix's dual-station structural profile cutting platform. The front station processes H-beam, I-beam, channel and angle; the rear station handles flat sheet and plate, and the two can run synchronously.

The full answer

HPM is Vantix's dual-station structural profile cutting platform.

The front station processes structural profile, including H-beam, I-beam, channel and angle. The rear station handles flat sheet and plate, and the two stations can run synchronously rather than waiting on each other.

It uses a 5-axis cutting head with a continuous plus or minus 45 degree bevel range, which means weld-joint preparation happens during cutting rather than at a separate grinding station afterward. For a structural shop that is usually the difference the machine is actually bought for.
